I wanted to try to start the new year better....

I really would like to put up pictures of Christmas, but I am in the process of getting a new computer. My husband has moved over everything to my new one, he is just waiting for Kenzie to finish a project on my old computer before he makes the change. Until then, he told me not to add any pictures to my computer or he will have to move them and he doesn't have time. So, I wait.

But here is a verbal update: I was reading my posts for last New Years. Apparently, Kenzie broke her wrist and Jay got in a wreck. Well, this year we are starting out about the same. Jay went to the doctor to have his blood pressure checked. He is on lots of meds for it and they monitor it. It was VERY high even on the meds so the doctor did an EKG. It came back bad, so he is having a stress test and an echo-cardiogram this week. Austin is having an echo on the 23rd of this month too. Great. Just great. I am very worried about Jay. He has lost 15 pounds, but the doctor feels his blood pressure is mainly hereditary, so the doctor made more med changes, but wants him to keep losing weight too. At this point, I am looking for anything to help. I need him.

Other than that, we are okay. Kids go back to school tomorrow. They are doing last minute bits of homework today. We also got haircuts. Austin finally got transferred. He is going to Oakland from Concord. He is Zone Leader now. That will be a great learning experience for him. He will be over all the missionaries that speak Spanish in Oakland. There are about 24. That will be good for him.
