The good ole days, they make me cry.

Today, I was going through some of the professional photos that I didn't choose. When I saw the ones of Austin and Alex together I cried. They were so cute. The photog caught them tickling each other, poking each other; ya know just being brothers. She also caught me being silly. The photog was trying to do pictures of me, Jay and Austin. I decided to just flop across their laps to be funny.  I had completely forgotten about that moment until I saw the pictures. It is funny to see Austin trying to remain composed with a smile on his face, where as Jay just shows that he is having a hard time supporting my weight. They are great shots. Sometimes the photos that catch the really family or people are better than the posed ones we chose. At least that is how I feel today.

Alex tried to go to school today for 2 hours. He spent that time with a math teacher who taught him the 6 lessons he has missed, but the rest was spent with his head on his desk. He went yesterday for 2 hours and did pretty well. Today has been a bad day. We will try for 2 hours tomorrow. Man, mono is ugly! He has lost 6 pounds. Pounds he didn't need to loose. I think I have found them. Being home all day, with him just makes me want to eat! I really need to be out and away from the food.

Look at you! You are gorgeous and your family is gorgeous, too! Poor Alex. I hope he is able to regain some strength soon.
