Last weekend, yep I am soooo behind, but with graduation and all its activities I can't keep up, anyway we participated in an Intermountain Healing Hearts 5K. The Brown family came too, which made it extra fun! With my hurt hamstring I had to walk. Austin wanted to run it. That made me nervous, but off he went and I couldn't exactly do anything about it. Finally along the course when I saw how hilly it was, I ran to try to find Austin to see if he was okay. Of course,he had overdone it and was now walking. We walked the rest of the way together. Alex and his friend kept up with the Browns. Austin and I came in at 42 minutes and some odd seconds. Alex came in at 28 minutes. The Browns were at 23 minutes and less. Jay and Maylin came in dead last. Kim Brown and I walked the course backward to find them. It was so cute to see Jay with Maylin on his shoulders, her hands full of dandelions and leaves.
