Reception

Figured I better finally post about Austin's wedding reception. It only happened almost a year ago. Its not that I haven't had time, I have had trouble accessing pictures. A week after Austin's wedding and the reception in Boise, we had a reception in Utah. It was held in our back yard. It was beautiful. I have to say my favorite part of the reception at our house was the groom's cakes. We did 3 and they were designed around what Austin loves" God, Country and Farming! We served pie since Austin loves PIE! We taste tested pies for months, but finally decided to get pies from Lehi Bakery. My sweet Step Mother in law, Kathy, helped me make some homemade strawberry pies for the even too. I was so lucky to have Tom and Kathy with us for a week to help us get ready. It was a blessing. Nonnie and Papa were able to come to the Boise wedding, but not the one at our house. My family came to both. It was a beautiful event and a happy day. I am glad it turned out so well....

Austin had Alex as his bestman, and his groomsmen were his friends Erik, Ryan and Tyler. They were wonderful at helping that day with the reception and luncheon. The ceremony started at 11 am. It was so gorgeous. Jay's family came from Texas and Tennessee and my family came from Idaho. We took pictures after the ceremony and then we headed to a local church where Jay and I had a luncheon catered for the event. My brother did a great ring exchange for those who could not go inside the temple. Three of Austin's te...
